Our youth ministry at Knox works with middle school and high school students in two groups: Lighthouse (LH), for 7th to 8th graders, and Turning Point (TP), for 9th to 12th graders.

Youth Ministry Philosophy

With Jesus at the center of our Knox community, we seek to walk with our young people as they grow in their knowledge of God and their relationship with him. As a youth ministry, we work to help young men and women actively participate in the mission of God in relationships with their families, church, peers and the world as all of us grow together toward maturity in faith. Read the Visual Philosophy Handout for more information.

Lighthouse (7th to 8th grade)

Lighthouse works with parents to create a place in which middle school students can encounter God, feel his love, and understand how they can spread that love to those around them.

Turning Point (9th to 12th grade)

Turning Point strives to be a community of believers that wrestles with what Gospel-living truly looks like and how we can best show Christ’s love to each other and our community.
