Please complete and submit the following form. Your request will be reviewed by the Knox Office as soon as possible. We will contact you to confirm your request or to alert you to any conflicts. Please avoid red and/or purple dye (e.g. red pop)

Please indicate requested room(s) and times.
It’s important to include set-up and tear-down time, (e.g. if your event starts at 2:00 PM and you need half an hour to set up, please select 1:30 PM as your start time).

We now have a commercial kitchen; users must receive training from our kitchen manager. If you select "no" below, we will contact you to arrange training.

Parking Lots

Typically all event/program parking occurs in the lower level lot.
