We need more volunteers to help cook and/or serve a meal to the needy at Hope Clinic in Ypsilanti.
County health regulations no longer allow us to bring homemade food to public events in our facility. In order to ensure a bountiful feast for our holiday reception, you are invited to join a group of bakers in the Knox kitchen on Dec. 16th.
Dinner to be prepared and served by Knox for Hill House . We need 4-6 people willing to help prepare the food on Sat., Dec. 9th starting at 9:00 AM, as well as on Sunday, Dec. 10th after church.
Knox has a long history of partnering with Family Life Services, a local aid agency in Ypsilanti. Beginning in January 2018, we’ll have new opportunities to engage with them at their new location as they launch their “Growing Together” educational program.
Are you able to smile, say “hi” and be welcoming? Then you can help at the Connection Corner after the worship service.
If you are interested in working directly with youth, we would love to have a conversation with you about your area of interest.
