Circles is a relationship-based program designed to break the cycle of poverty permanently. It matches low-income people with middle or upper-income partners. These new friends (allies) help broaden their social network, giving access to people and resources they might never have.

If you’d like to learn more about poverty in our community and how you can have an impact, come to a volunteer information session for Circles.  They are being held 7 – 8 pm the first Thursday of the month –  October 3rd, November 7th, and December 5th at St. Luke’s Church, 4206 Washtenaw Ave., Ann Arbor.  Contact Deacon Gail Blaauw for more information.
