How do I reserve a room?
On the Facilities page use the Building Request Form to enter your information. Once your request is received and cleared, it will be placed on the Knox website calendar (if a public event) and / or on the office door calendar if it is a limited event (i.e. committee meeting). You can check to see if your request has been put on the calendar by using the Knox app (help>facilities>facilities calendar) or by visiting the Facilities page on the website and selecting the Facilities Calendar.
