May 2018 Presbytery Registration

We look forward to seeing you on Friday and Saturday, May 18th and 19th.  Please complete the form below to register.  At the end you will be able to pay for Friday's dinner. The cost is $12 / person.  If your committee is meeting here on Friday, you may also pay for boxed lunch(es) from Dibella's.

Host homes:

Please provide your cell phone so that we can connect you and your host family.
Please let us know about requirements, e.g. dander allergies - need pet free accommodation, etc.

For Committee Leaders

If you request a room, Verna Hinman, Knox Office Manager, will contact you regarding room scheduling.
We will order from DiBella's for you. Lunches include a sub sandwich, chips and cookie. Knox will provide bottled water. Please indicate below how many lunches you will need. You may pay for lunches on our payment page when completing your registration.

To complete your registration, we ask that you prepay for Friday’s dinner. The cost is $12 / person.  Please pay for yourself and each guest that you have registered.  After you submit this form, you will be redirected to our secure payment page.
