In this challenging season, what we most need as a church is to go deeper together. . . stronger storms need deeper roots. The selection of Sabbath as a vision emphasis this year is proving providential as people need rhythms and practices that will help them rest in Christ in the midst of all the stress and turmoil. The issue of racial justice is upon us with a real cultural moment to it. The need for cultivating and strengthening community has never been greater. So we are proposing to focus on three things for the Fall: understanding and developing new rhythms of Sabbath, reckoning with racial justice, and building community within our Knox family. We have provided resources for each area.
Understanding and developing new rhythms
Reckoning with racial justice
Strengthening relationships within our Knox family
