Serving God in both word and deed is a fundamental part of our faith. It enlarges our view of God and his work in the world, and invites us to be a part of it.
Knox commits a substantial part of our giving to local organizations and to local and international missionaries that share the gospel and serve practical needs. We also encourage our members to volunteer and participate in mission trips with our ministry partners.

Hope Clinic
For over 40 years, Hope Clinic has been serving those in need in our community. Hope Clinic provides food, medical, dental and mental health services, providing one of the most comprehensive offerings of free medical services in the state of Michigan.

Family Life Services / Sienna Women's Health
Sienna Women’s Health (formerly known as Family Life Services) has been providing women with unplanned pregnancies with free ultrasounds, pregnancy counseling, and support for over 35 years. They operate a professional medical office in Ypsilanti.
