Sundays at Knox

Here’s what to expect when you walk through our doors.

Worship

9:30-10:45am

Sunday gathering is the primary way we gather to worship God together, learn from Scripture, and create space for one another.

Our worship and music blend contemporary and traditional elements. We invite you to worship with us in-person. A limited live stream option is available on YouTube.

Childcare

We provide a nursery for ages 0-3 years old. Check your child in in the Early Childhood wing.

For children in Pre-K through 1st grade, we offer Children’s Worship. Children start out with their families in the worship service in the main sanctuary, then those who would like to attend Children’s Worship are invited to do so midway through the service, right before the sermon. Check-in is located at the Welcome Center.

All other children are invited to participate in the main worship service.

Christian Education (CE)

11:15-12:15pm

All CE classes (Adult, Children and Youth) meet after the morning service. It is a way for us come together to learn and apply God’s Word in more intimate settings. No classes are held during the summer season.

Adult

From membership to theology and Biblical studies to special topics like work & faith or parenting, different Adult classes are offered each season.

Children

During CE hour, we also provide a nursery for ages 0-3 years old in the Early Childhood wing upstairs, and classes for children Pre-K through 6th grade downstairs.

Youth (7th-12th grade)

During the school year, youth meet in the Turning Point room, downstairs from the sanctuary.

 FAQs

  • We have upper and lower parking lots with entrances from Wagner Road. The sanctuary is on the upper level and children's classrooms are on the lower level. There are plenty of handicapped and current needs spaces on the upper level.

  • We warmly welcome all who trust in Jesus Christ for their salvation and have been baptized to participate in communion. You can contact Knox if you are interested in baptism.

There is no pressure to take communion if you are not ready; feel free to stay in your seat or come forward and keep your hands to your sides indicating that you are not partaking, and one of the servers will pray a blessing for you. If you need assistance, a server will bring the elements to you. If you prefer, communion packets are available on the back windowsills. A gluten-free option is available on the side window sills.
